We will hold a selection 3 months prior to the date of use to determine who can use the facilities.
To participate in the selection，you need to register your team by previous day of the selection.
　No fee for registering team.See the list below for the selection.
If there are non-reserved time frame after the date of the selection，you can make a reservation from the following day of the selection on a first-come-first served basis.

Phone reservations・Registering teams
Phone reservations，you need to register your team prior to reservation.
・Telephone reservations can be made after selection day.
・You must inform team No.
・After making a phone reservation，please submit a reservation and take the usage fee to the Gymnasium.
Registering teams
・Please register at least 5 members name，addresses and phone number.
・Validity period/ March. 2014
・You can register your team at the gymnasium office.

Stadium(Use total facility for practice)
Reception is in the office of the gymnasium.
Utilization time ：9:00-17:00
Date for making reservation must tie prior to the usage date during the avalability period// from the same day of previous month of application date to the last day of 2 months later.
　For example：Application date 5/13　Availability period→6/13～The end of July.
　For example：Application date 6/30　Availability period→7/30～The end of August.

Kendo hall・Judo hall・Sumo ring・Meeting room
You can make a reservation on a first-come-first served basis from the first day of 2 months prior of the day of use.

・No cancellation fees are required by 7 days before the reserved date.

In the case where the receipt is lost，please bring your ID.
Training room
All day pass// 350 yen
Please pay the fees at the reception desk.
Age requirement/16 years and older(high shcool age and up)
Needed to bring/workout clothes and indoor shoes.
　※Jeans and cloth pants are not allowed.
